What you'll do:
As Senior Manager Supply Chain Excellence based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a crucial role in shaping how supply chain operations deliver value across multiple regions.

Lead the integration and transformation of planning activities across multiple regions, ensuring alignment from strategy through execution.
- Act as a functional expert in S&OP and demand planning, providing guidance, governance, and best-practice implementation across teams.

Serve as the key escalation contact for high-impact supply chain issues, driving timely resolution through clear cross-functional and cross-business communication.

Drive regional alignment and collaboration, enabling consistent ways of working while strengthening customer focus and unlocking standardisation benefits.

Own the delivery of operational and strategic performance targets, balancing service excellence and cash optimisation through active planning, tracking, and course correction.
What you bring:
To succeed as Senior Manager Supply Chain Excellence, you will draw upon substantial experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations within large-scale settings
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar field

Experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations and planning, preferably within multinational environments

Proven track record of leading and developing teams in matrixed organisations, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions, regions, and cultures.

Highly analytical and solutions-oriented, able to address ambiguous and complex challenges with sound judgement and structured thinking.

Strong written and verbal communication capabilities, with the ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
