• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure procurement strategies are aligned with promotional activities and shifting market demands.
• Monitor industry developments, competitor movements, and price fluctuations to inform purchasing decisions that keep the company competitive.
• Evaluate supplier performance on a regular basis, addressing any issues related to supply reliability or service quality promptly and effectively.
