As Senior Manager Supply Planning in vibrant Kuala Lumpur, you’ll be at the heart of end-to-end replenishment planning for the APAC region. • Craft detailed regional co-packer plans in partnership with marketing and other key players to meet business goals and respond swiftly to market needs.
• Support scenario planning efforts and actively participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles, helping drive smart decisions that boost supply chain agility.
• Roll out new processes and tools designed to strengthen governance frameworks, set co-packer standards, and optimise inventory segmentation for greater control.
• Work collaboratively with procurement, logistics, finance, and commercial teams to ensure everyone is aligned on supply planning priorities and deliverables.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply planning effectiveness, regularly sharing insights with senior management to fuel ongoing improvement.
• Promote best practices in supply chain management by staying up-to-date with industry trends and weaving innovative solutions into everyday operations.
