Regional Demand Planner A leading organisation is seeking a highly detail-oriented Regional Demand Planner to join their team.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Demand Planner, you will be entrusted with overseeing demand planning activities for MY, SG, IN and VN.

  • Consolidate and manage demand forecasts, ensuring all updates are accurate and delivered on time to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial team to update forecasts regularly and communicate key insights effectively with the supply team.
  • Maintain strong coordination with the supply planning team by fostering transparent communication channels that ensure the smooth flow of demand data across all stakeholders.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at reducing and preventing slow-moving and obsolete inventory (SLOB), contributing directly to improved operational efficiency.
  • Support the execution and enhancement of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, aligning demand planning activities with organisational goals.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional meetings to share knowledge, address challenges collaboratively, and promote best practices in demand planning.

What you bring:

Your background as a Regional Demand Planner will demonstrate substantial experience in demand planning or integrated supply chain environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher educational qualification relevant to supply chain or business disciplines is required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Demand Planning, Demand Management or Integrated Supply Chain roles within large organisations.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to work independently while managing complex datasets related to forecasting and inventory control.
  • Excellent communication abilities complemented by strong inter-personal skills that enable effective collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Business acumen with a deep understanding of both internal requirements and external customer needs; able to act responsively upon these insights.
  • Stakeholder management expertise; capable of engaging stakeholders at various functional levels within the organisation through considerate dialogue.
  • Advanced system skills including familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, DART, Excel, Power BI, and MS PowerPoint for efficient data handling.
