- Responsible for evaluating Demand Data to effectively Supply Plan
- Requires excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Involves data analysis, inventory holding planning, and master planning
What you'll do:
As a Supply Planning Manager (FMCG) , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our client's operations. Your primary responsibility will be developing a supply plan based on demand forecasts, historical sales data, and production capacity. You will collaborate with various teams to align market needs with plant capabilities.
- Develop Supply Plan as per Demand Forecast, Historical Sales Data and Production Capacity
- Collaborate with various teams to align between Market and Plant
- Monitor and amend Supply Plan in any event of Production Delays or Capacity Constraints
- Work on Project Efficiency such as optimizing output batch size and reducing formulation change
- Analyse data to ensure optimal Inventory level
- Facilitate IBP Supply review and address any potential supply-demand gaps
- Work closely with Procurement to align Incoming Schedule VS Production Plan
- Manage Finished Goods safety stocks level to achieve 100% DIFOTIS
- Utilize D365 tools to streamline operation process
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Supply Planning Manager position brings a wealth of experience and skills to the table.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business management, or related field is preferred
- Must have 4 years or more in Planning experience and at least 2 years in food industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill
- Positive work attitude, high level of integrity and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Details oriented and advanced levels of excel knowledge
- Excellent decision making and analytical skills
