Demand Planning Manager (Tech)

What you'll do:
As a Demand Planning Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the demand planning process, coordinating with the global operations team, and reviewing historical switch frequency. You will also be responsible for managing local article master and SKU creation, overseeing the monthly liquidation process of stock excess, and compiling weekly and monthly KPI reports. Your ability to work collaboratively with various teams such as Sales, Finance, and Customer Experience will be key to your success in this role.
- Drive timely research of forecasts and actuals
- Manage demand planning process including updating relevant data source
- Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Finance and Customer Experience teams
- Manage local article master and SKU creation as well as End of Life of product range
- Overhead the monthly liquidation process of the stock excess
- Compile and issue weekly and monthly KPI reports
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Demand Planning Manager position will bring strong communication skills, with proficiency in English. You should have at least 3 years' experience in a demand planning or forecasting role. A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields would be desirable. Experience working with different geographical markets would also be advantageous. Above all, you should have a spirit of coordination and cooperation as a team member.
