Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the development of Strategic Initiatives as part of their Enterprise Transformation Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating complex activities across multiple projects, managing diverse stakeholders from peers to regional/global presidents across brands, markets and functions.
What you'll do:
As a Project Manager, your primary function will be leading the development of Strategic Initiatives as part of the Enterprise Transformation Program. You will be responsible for developing and managing project activities for the Enterprise End to End planning. Your role will involve conducting effective project team meetings, preparing review materials for key project meetings, organizing and facilitating project meetings with sponsors, stakeholders and project leads. You will also work closely with the global & regional team to develop detailed training and deployment plans.
- Develop and manage project activities for the Enterprise End to End planning
- Conduct effective project team meetings with clear decisions and next steps leveraging WHO/WHAT/WHEN framework
- Prepare review materials for key project/steerco meetings to drive clarity on status and key actions / help needed
- Organize and facilitate project meetings with sponsors, stakeholders and project leads
- Work with the global & regional team to develop the detail training and deployment plan for the region (across markets & brands)
- Work with Change Management and Learning & Development Training lead to develop the detail training & change management plan across teams for the region
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Project Manager role brings a wealth of experience from a multinational, fast-paced business environment. With at least 10 years of relevant experience under your belt, you have proven your ability to manage complex projects with diverse stakeholders across various regions. Your proficiency in using computer systems and software applications such as MS Outlook, MS Office Suites, and Project Management toolsets is essential. You are known for your out-of-the-box thinking, meticulous attention to detail, organisational skills, resourcefulness, and problem-solving abilities. As an independent self-starter, you are results-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant degree from an accredited university.
- 10 years of relevant experience in a multinational, fast-paced business environment.
- High proficiency in project management - managed complex project with diverse stakeholders and dispersed teams across global, region and affiliate
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications i.e. MS Outlook, MS Office Suites (intermediate-expert level), Project Management toolset
- Ability to think out of box for ideas.
- Detailed, meticulous, organized and ensures a high standard of output.
- Resourceful and demonstrated problem solving skills
- An independent self-starter who is results-oriented
