About the Demand Planning Manager Role:
As the Demand Planning Manager, you will be responsible for all forecasting activities for the company as a sole contributor. You will help to drive supply chain initiatives and play a key part in new product launches. In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Supply Chain Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive process improvements in line with regional standards
• Work alongside commercial and manufacturing team on the planning of new product developments
• Generate long-term rolling forecast, consolidating all demands from other business units and factoring in organisational goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally to generate forecasts and improve its accuracy
• Formulate and implement a demand and supply management strategy integrating the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to balance and fulfil consumer demands
• Maintain master data in systems

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong knowledge and experience in demand forecasting. You will also need to have the ability to think in a bigger picture and plan strategically.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum degree in supply chain, business administration or any related field
• At least six years of experience handling supply chain in demand planning
• Candidates with a background in FMCG or pharmaceutical is preferred
• Proven track record of leadership and stakeholder management
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Deep knowledge in supply chain concepts
• Proficient in using ERP systems
