What you'll do:

As a Customer Service and Order Management Analyst based in Bayan Lepas, you will immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of sales administration. Your responsibilities span from managing complex order processes using industry-leading software platforms like SAP and Salesforce to preparing shipping documentation for global deliveries. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining clear communication between internal teams—such as sales, planning, manufacturing, finance—and external customers. By providing responsive after-sales support and participating in departmental projects aligned with broader corporate goals, you’ll help drive customer excellence at every stage.   • You will manage the entire order process using SAP and Salesforce systems, ensuring compliance with company policies, SOX regulations, ISO standards, and accurate revenue recognition reporting.
  • You will collaborate extensively with regional sales teams, planning departments, R&D units, manufacturing groups, finance professionals, shipping coordinators, and selling entities to fulfil both company objectives and customer requirements.
  • You will maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders as well as external customers to achieve outstanding levels of customer satisfaction.
  • You will provide after-sales service support by responding promptly to additional requests from customers or selling entities.
  • You will participate actively in departmental projects that align with corporate objectives, contributing your insights and expertise to drive progress.
  • You will prepare detailed shipping documents required for domestic and international shipments.
  • You will coordinate global shipments efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products to customers around the world.
  • You will support logistics operations by liaising with various teams to resolve any issues related to shipment or order fulfilment.
  • You will uphold data accuracy in all order management activities by regularly updating records in SAP and Salesforce systems.

The ideal Customer Service and Order Management Analyst brings a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal sensitivity. Your background includes hands-on experience in sales operations where you’ve managed complex orders using SAP S4Hana and tracked customer interactions via Salesforce CRM. You’re comfortable analysing data using Microsoft Office tools while communicating clearly in English across written reports or verbal discussions. With at least two years’ experience supported by a relevant bachelor’s degree, you understand the importance of accuracy in compliance-driven environments.
