What you'll do:
As a Senior Order Fulfillment Specialist based in Perai, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the flow of products from factory floor to customer doorstep. Your day-to-day activities will involve preparing detailed supply commitment plans for strategic customers by leveraging advanced reporting tools like CTB. You will act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that every order meets the highest standards of accuracy and timeliness. By managing allocation decisions and communicating effectively across geographically dispersed teams, you will help maintain smooth operations even during periods of fluctuating demand. Your analytical skills will be put to use in preparing insightful reports on shipment history and open orders, while your participation in monthly review meetings will keep you at the forefront of supply chain strategy. Continuous improvement is encouraged through lean or Six Sigma projects, allowing you to contribute meaningfully to organisational goals while developing your own expertise.
- Prepare strategic customer supply commitment plans by analysing the latest inventory levels and factory supply schedules using Clean to Build (CTB) methodology.
- Match demand with available supply, proactively highlighting shortages to Strategic Account Directors and Program Managers when allocation decisions are required.
- Communicate directly with Strategic Account Directors regarding worldwide supply commitment plans, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all updates.
- Manage allocation decisions and inform customer service teams at multiple sites about their respective customer supply commitments, including communication with strategic customer Global Supplier Managers (GSM).
- Work closely with global customer service teams to ensure all orders meet agreed supply commitments, fostering dependable relationships across regions.
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments to guarantee shipments are executed as planned and delivered on time to customers worldwide.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing actual shipment history and open orders on a global scale, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Attend to requirements from Strategic Customer Global Supplier Managers (GSM), balancing customer satisfaction with compliance to directives from Strategic Account Directors and Global Planning Directors.
- Execute global supply chain processes related to strategic customers, including order management, exception handling, holds, tracking and traceability reporting, cut-over control, safety stock processes, end-of-life procedures, and various analyses such as demand-supply matching and inventory analysis.
- Monitor key Supply Chain Metrics for strategic accounts, participating in monthly Supply Review S&OP meetings to stay updated on supply plans, constraints, and manufacturing issues while collaborating with Factory SCM for continuous improvement.

- Minimum degree holder or higher qualification is required; alternatively, candidates with a diploma must have at least 10 years’ experience in supply chain management.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in demand-supply planning within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective collaboration across global teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory for data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Experience using Oracle or any ERP system is considered an added advantage for managing complex supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with Clean to Build (CTB) reporting methodologies will enable you to excel in preparing accurate supply commitment plans.
