Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Customer Services & Logistics Director to lead their operations in the Klang Valley. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage business operations, both at the head office and branches, ensuring efficiency and superior customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a deep understanding of operations management, customer service, and logistics.

What you'll do:

As a Customer Services & Logistics Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing the business operations of our client's organisation. Your primary focus will be on improving customer service operations, managing dealer relationships, aligning operational strategies with dealer needs, and developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for leading day-to-day operational activities, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, driving process improvements, identifying opportunities for business enhancements, and implementing best practices.

  • Oversee and improve customer service operations to ensure a seamless experience for customers and dealers.
  • Manage relationships with dealers to enhance engagement and productivity.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align operational strategies with dealer needs.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty while monitoring key performance indicators for customer service excellence.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Lead day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics to maintain optimal service levels.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Identify opportunities for business process enhancements and lead the implementation of best practices.

What you bring:

The successful Customer Services & Logistics Director will bring a wealth of experience in operations management within a leadership capacity. You have a proven track record of leading a customer service function and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Your proficiency in operation tools, CRM systems, and performance analytics sets you apart from others. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management is required for this role. Experience within the direct selling industry would be advantageous.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of leading customer service function.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Proficiency in operation tools, CRM systems, and performance analytics.
  • Experience within the direct selling industry is preferred.
