What you'll do:

As a Customer Service Manager, your primary role will be to provide leadership in building a high-performance customer service team. You will be responsible for developing an efficient order management system, creating value for customers, and coordinating with various departments to deliver goods and services that exceed expectations. Your commitment to continuous improvement will drive innovation in our customer service processes. Regular customer visits will enhance your understanding of the market and help you innovate customer service solutions.

  • Develop and manage an efficient order management system and process
  • Create value for customers to enhance their experience
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver goods and services that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and execute a robust inventory model to ensure optimum finished goods stock

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Manager role brings a wealth of experience in the Customer Service/Supply Chain environment. With at least 8 years of experience under your belt, including 5 years in a managerial position, you have proven your ability to lead teams with diverse knowledge and experiences. Your professional degree in Business Administration or a related field equips you with the necessary skills to excel in this role. Your customer-focused approach will be key in enhancing the customer experience.

  • Professional degree in Business Administration or related discipline from a recognised local or overseas university
  • Minimum 8 years experience in Customer Service/Supply Chain environment
  • At least 5 years experience of managerial position in related fields
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Experience in leading a team with diverse knowledge and experience
