About the Senior Order Processing Executive Role:
Functionally and administratively reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role requires you to assist the commercial team in tender preparation and submission as well as maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and process customer purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently
• Prepare comprehensive delivery orders (DOs) for timely product shipment
• Collaborate with sales and hospital purchasers to understand specific order requirements
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery
• Prioritise urgent orders and inform the warehouse for prompt picking and packing
• Monitor delivery progress, ensuring timely arrivals and resolving any issues
• Keep customers updated on delivery schedules and order status
• Maintain meticulous order records and generate status reports regularly
• Adhere to established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines
• Assist in generating additional reports and performing other assigned tasks

To succeed in the Senior Order Processing Executive role, you will need to have a minimum of three years of experience in the function of order processing, customer service and distribution.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
• Preferably three to five years of relevant work experience in order processing or a related field
• Strong administrative, planning, and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Familiarity with marketing terminology, commercial law, and compliance standards is an advantage
• Proficiency in SAP software is a plus
