What you’ll do
As the General Manager, Business Development (Logistics), you will be a catalyst for growth in the company. Your role involves gaining a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs to deliver tailored logistics solutions that ensure exceptional client satisfaction and long-term engagement. You will engage in local meetings to extract valuable insights into customer requirements and operational dynamics while meeting financial and volume goals. Your responsibilities include:

What you’ll bring
To excel in this 3PL industry, you will bring a wealth of experience and skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is essential. You will also have over a decade of experience in Key Account Management or Business Development in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficiency in financial analysis, pricing strategies, and cost management.
- Ability to navigate and solve complex challenges strategically and tactically.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A proven track record of strong stakeholder relationship management.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages as an advantage.
- Familiarity with logistics sectors including freight forwarding, transportation and contract logistics.
