About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant – Engineering & Manufacturing, you will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. You’ll work closely with organisations hiring technical talent across engineering, production, maintenance, quality, and manufacturing leadership roles.

Success in this role goes beyond CV matching. It requires understanding engineering environments, manufacturing operations, organisational culture, and long-term career drivers to deliver the right outcomes for all parties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of clients’ engineering and manufacturing operations, culture, and hiring needs
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with new and existing clients
  • Engage and advise engineers and manufacturing professionals on career opportunities
  • Assess candidates’ technical expertise, experience, and career aspirations
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including interviews and offer negotiations
  • Plan and execute short- and long-term recruitment strategies within your specialist market

  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in engineering, manufacturing, or an industrial environment
