An exciting Head of Software Sales job has just become available in Kuala Lumpur.
About the Head of Software Sales Role:
You will be focusing on ASEAN strategic accounts, playing a major part in leading the management of existing partnerships and developing new businesses through channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new and maintain strategic business relationships to promote company’s offerings and profitable business relationships
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by building customer relationships and providing tailored service and creative solutions
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of company’s software and technology products, operational procedures and collaborate with the partner ecosystem in each country
- Develop strategy to exceed customer expectations, drive growth and demonstrate ROI
- Establish and maintain strong a professional working relationship with in-country service partners and partnering with presales team to drive a winning contract negotiation
To succeed in this Head of Software Sales role, you should have a strong track record of hitting established targets and enjoy working in a rapidly-changing environment.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' sales experience with exposure to complex selling procedures
- Sales experience in either of the following software or technology
- Understanding of outsourcing or managed services environment
- Innate ability to think strategically, inspire others to go above and beyond and think outside their sales goals
