About the Senior Solution Sales Executive Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for generating revenue by creating a complete territory business plan to identify and qualify opportunities, develop and drive strategy. You will create and nurture executive relationships whilst creating complex and creative deal structures including contract frameworks, commercial/pricing models, multi-year delivery approaches and multi-party teaming agreements.
- Perform sales activities for an assigned geographic area and/or accounts to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives
- Lead a team throughout the deal process
- Meet new account sales quotas for products and services by closing recognisable contracts
- Develop sales plans, strategies, and final presentations designed to enhance revenue growth and meet customer needs
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to call on existing and prospective customers to identify opportunities and solicit orders
- Analyse customer needs and recommend solution that best meets the customer requirements
- Work under general supervision with latitude for independent judgement
- Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Remain knowledgeable of the organisation's products/services to facilitate sales efforts
To succeed in this Senior Solution Sales Executive role, you will need to be results-oriented and possess good business acumen.
- Degree holder and above strongly preferred
- Driven sales professional
- At least 10 years of enterprise software sales experience with a strong track record of quota performance
- Experience in quota attainment/account planning
- Experience in problem solving and negotiating
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills (C-Level presenter)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Successful track record and business value-based sales approach
- Ability to travel above 50% of time, depending on assigned accounts/territory
