A Regional Customer Success Manager job has just become available at a fast-growing technology start-up with a global presence. As a member of the newest team in this fast-growing start-up, you will have a major impact on shaping how this function is driven forward.
About the Regional Customer Success Manager Role:
In this role, you will be the intersection between the products and customers, and be the advocate for informed product decisions based on customer feedback. This start-up operates as strategic, consultative partner and takes its industry know-how and best practices from each of its customers to up-level their approach to achieve their corporate goals.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and manage customer experience satisfaction programme
- Understand customers' strategic goals and develop a strategy to ensure optimal value is derived by all users
- Prepare and execute on quarterly customer success plans, minimising overall churn rate
- Lead efforts to turn around at-risk accounts
- Cultivate broader usage of the product suite within each account (cross-sell) and create opportunities for the Account Management and Sales teams to grow existing business (up-sell)
- Train existing customers on new feature roll out
- Work closely with individual team members to nurture key customer relationships and aid personal development
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in building and managing customer account relationships in an existing or new sales role, preferably in an SaaS environment. You will primarily be looking into strategy development and setting up processes, while managing a global team to provide support to customers.
- At least four years' experience in a customer success environment within the software domain
- Digital marketing and consulting experience is beneficial
- Experience managing customers in a SaaS environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven record of designing and executing strategy sessions and quarterly business reviews
- Strong presentation skills and credibility when sitting with C-suite executives is essential
- Strong data analysis, organisation and prioritisation skills with the ablity to work independently
- Work in fast paced, results-oriented, hands-on environment
- Frequent travel, more than 50%
