About the Sales Manager - Payment Solutions Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for meeting the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. You will be also responsible for maximising the sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying these plans to the upper management.
- Achieve growth and hit the sales targets through the company’s payment solutions and services
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Identify emerging market opportunity and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Present the sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
To succeed in this Sales Manager - Payment Solutions role, you will need to have a minimum of 10 years' proven sales experience in working with Senior Managers / General Managers or preferably c-level executives in the banking industry.
- Aggressive and committed to continuous education through working with overseas colleagues
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise including solutions selling
- Successful experience in a sales representative or sales manager role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in the Malaysia financial / payment industry
