Our automotive client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Relations Manager to lead their customer service initiatives.

What you'll do:

As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be at the forefront of enhancing the overall customer experience. Your role will involve managing a dedicated team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Your ability to gather valuable feedback from customers will be key in implementing improvements that drive customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will align your team's efforts with wider business objectives. Your analytical skills will come into play as you generate reports on performance metrics and use this data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Manage and mentor the customer relations team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills in customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively
  • Execute programs to actively gather customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and marketing departments to align customer service efforts with business objectives

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Customer Relations Manager position brings a wealth of experience in customer service along with proven leadership abilities. With at least 5 years' experience in the field, you understand what it takes to deliver exceptional service. Your managerial experience has equipped you with the skills needed to lead a team towards achieving common goals. Experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous, but not essential. Your excellent communication skills enable you to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You have a track record of using customer feedback to drive improvements and aligning your team's efforts with wider business objectives.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service
  • At least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Experience in automotive industry is an added advantage
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Proven ability to execute programs that gather customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights
  • Experience collaborating with various departments to align efforts with business objectives
