What you'll do:
As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be at the forefront of enhancing the overall customer experience. Your role will involve managing a dedicated team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Your ability to gather valuable feedback from customers will be key in implementing improvements that drive customer satisfaction.
