What you'll do:

As an Operation Optimisation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's success. Your primary responsibility will be to collect, analyse, and interpret operational and financial data, identifying trends and inefficiencies that can be addressed to improve performance. You will also provide valuable insights for strategic planning decisions, helping shape the company's future direction. In addition, you will lead optimization projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design effective solutions. Your work will have a direct impact on the company's sales growth and operational efficiency.

  • Collect, analyse and interpret operational and financial data to identify trends and inefficiencies
  • Develop reports to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Provide data-driven insights for strategic planning decisions
  • Assist in developing and executing operational strategies
  • Stay updated with best practices and emerging trends to identify opportunities for innovation and long-term improvement
  • Review processes to find areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented improvements
  • Lead the optimization project management, ensuring timely and successful project delivery
  • Facilitate change management process to ensure smooth transitions

What you bring:

The ideal Operation Optimisation Analyst brings a strong quantitative background with a good understanding of statistical techniques or experience in data analysis. She possesses excellent problem-solving skills coupled with critical thinking abilities. Her strong communication skills enable her to effectively convey her findings and recommendations. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel is also essential for this role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is required
  • Quantitative background with good understanding of statistical techniques or experience in data analysis is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills are essential
  • Critical thinking abilities are crucial for this role
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary
  • At least intermediate proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Excel is required
