About the Regional Sales Excellence Manager Role: A Regional Sales Excellence Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of the sales organisation. This role focuses on optimising sales processes, developing and implementing best practices, and supporting the sales team to achieve their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand the market dynamics and user/distribution trends and generating deep insights accordingly
Investigate key growth drivers of EM, with focus on company's channel, direct sales and key industry focus and translate them into a comprehensive and implementable growth strategy with clear objectives, roadmaps and resources needed
Drive the implementation of all KGDs (Key Growth Driver), communicating and aligning the KGDs with stakeholders in HQ and regions, and be responsible for achieving the objectives of the growth strategy on BE global level
Steer the development of the KGDs, measuring the results, and taking corrective measures when needed
Lead/co-lead projects related to development of tools and process that aim on improving efficiency of sales teams and sales activities
Work closely with other expertise teams especially digital transformation, user communication, UX (User Experience) as well as with the portfolio management and business team to ensure full alignment in the development of the needed product portfolio, services, and concepts
To succeed in this Regional Sales Excellence Manager role, you must be a self-starter with confidence and comfort in decision making and managing people with different stakes, one who has a robust personality, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with all levels within the organisation.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing or statistics. Master's degree or MBA is a plus
At least five years' relevant work experience in similar areas at marketing and/or sales. Experience in power tools business is a big plus
Strong strategical conceptual capability, exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Strong ability to work effectively at all levels and drive topics systematically in one global agile organisation
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
Future and results-oriented
Resilience to work proactively and effectively with high-quality standards
