About the Sales Operation Executive (Salesforce) Role: In this business critical role, you will be responsible for managing various sales processes, collecting, and analysing data, report generation and implementing strategies to improve overall sales performance.
Manage all aspects of the implementation project plan to ensure successful deployment (facilitates, tracks, monitors, define milestones, timelines, and deliverables)
Manage and meet changing requirements of projects
Conduct reviews on project progress and issues
Resolve process and technical issues (and escalate to HQ if required) to ensure timely delivery
Compile status documentation and communicate to direct Manager
Filter and assign potential opportunities/leads to countries responsible person
Coordinate transfer of opportunities/leads between countries
Manage and optimise the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage
Assist with pipeline management and support new business onboarding through account set-up and go-live
Manage and maintain CRM systems and sales databases
Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including customer records, sales pipelines, and contracts with countries
Provide sales support and guidance to the countries, including training on sales tools, processes, and techniques
Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency
Ensure sales process adoption and compliance
To succeed in this Sales Operation Executive role, you must have prior sales operation experience preferably in the B2B industry setting.
Bachelor's degree in business/engineering or equivalent disciplines
Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role
Possess knowledge of business intelligence tools such as QlikSense and strong capabilities in Excel is an advantage
Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must. Experience on CRM systems, such as Salesforce is an advantage
An analytical mind and strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and techniques
