An exciting Senior Sales Analyst job has become available at a multinational medical device manufacturer.
About the Senior Sales Analyst Role: In this business critical role, you will be responsible for translating business data into digestible high-value information to support strategic decision making for a manufacturing MNC.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop in-depth knowledge of the business, actively participate in sales meetings, budget and forecasting processes, deliver content for business reviews and presentations, advise and provide guidance on commercial strategic decisions, with a specific focus on pricing and commercial conditions
Together with commercial operations, identify, implement or enhance solutions, tools and technologies that drive sales efficiency and therefore revenue growth. Design and lead related projects
Execute ad hoc analysis: gather and analyse data, provide and present to the relevant stakeholders’ actionable insight and business recommendations
Assess existing reporting and data availability and integrity, as well as future needs. Develop both customised and standardised sales and performance dashboards to improve business understanding and decision making. Identify and develop appropriate applications for data visualisation and analysis
Initiate and coordinate cross departmental initiatives to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency
Work closely with sales leaders to deliver accurate and timely sales incentive plans simulations, calculations, accruals, reporting and communication
To succeed in this Senior Sales Analyst role, you must be data driven, meticulous, and capable of conducting presentation to top management.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, sciences, or any related field
Minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar position, in a B2B international manufacturing company
IT literacy and strong Excel skills are of key importance to the role. Very good knowledge of databases, systems, business intelligence applications (QlikView, Power BI, Oracle Business Objects or other similar tools)
Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Excellent analytical skills with strong business acumen
