About the Sales Support, Assistant Manager (FMCG) Role:
In this Assistant Manager, Sales Support (DMS SFA applications) role, you will be responsible for facilitating the end-to-end delivery of SFA solutions including planning, resourcing, requirements gathering, managing vendors, UAT, rollout and user training at the office in Shah Alam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test, roll out and administrate mobility DMS SFA applications (but not limited to) to field force across the country
• Develop and implement SFA modules for field sales force in line with business requirements. Responsible for facilitating end to end delivery of SFA solutions including planning, resourcing, requirements gathering, managing vendors, UAT, rollout and user training
• Ensure smooth operations of DMS and SFA System with minimal downtime
• Operate as a custodian of the SFA System and data in the system, maintaining correct DMS Master data/info
• Conduct various training sessions and/or provide materials for the field force to improve/adapt their capability and help improve their productivity using mobile digital tools

To succeed in this Sales Support, Assistant Manager (FMCG) role, you must have experience in supporting the DMS/SFA (FMCG) application.

Key Requirements:

• Graduates in Management/IT/Computer Science with five to six years’ experience in handling sales team and system
• At least three years' experience in DMS/SFA (FMCG). Experience in implementation of mobile/tablet/android SFA application is highly preferred
• Business and IT sense is an added advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa, Mandarin and dialects, e.g. Cantonese, Hokkien is preferred
• Inquisitiveness for IT tools, technology is an added advantage
