As Head of E Commerce, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the group's digital future by spearheading strategic initiatives that drive online revenue growth across multiple sectors. You will also oversee vendor relationships, manage budgets for digital initiatives, track ROI meticulously across campaigns, uphold internal service standards with swift campaign turnarounds, and continuously develop your team’s capabilities through training programmes.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital commerce roadmap that aligns with the unique growth objectives of each brand within the group.
  • Design robust platform infrastructure and scalable solutions that facilitate easy integration of new products and brands into the e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Promote digital adoption by guiding both established and emerging business units through their transformation journeys.
  • Oversee daily operations of B2C and B2B platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, ensuring reliability, consistency in user experience, SEO optimisation, and high operational standards.
  • Standardise store management procedures across all businesses to ensure efficiency and compliance with best practices.
  • Optimise sales performance by running A/B tests, improving user experience (UX), increasing conversion rates (CRO), and implementing effective cart abandonment solutions.
  • Leverage analytics tools like GA4 and Hotjar to monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV), generating insightful monthly reports for each business unit.
  • Manage digital merchandising activities including pricing strategies, bundling options, promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and centralised product information management (PIM).
  • Integrate online and offline retail channels by building seamless bridges such as click & collect services, in-store promotions, warehouse fulfilment solutions, POS integration, and QR engagement tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, supply chain management, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end digital-to-delivery journey.

To excel as Head of E Commerce you will bring proven experience from senior roles where you have successfully driven e-commerce transformation projects—ideally within automotive or fast-moving consumer goods environments.
