What you'll do:

As Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the dealership’s sales division.   • Manage a team of Sales Executives and Sales Administrative staff, ensuring policies and processes are adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with Dealer Standard requirements across all aspects of sales operations.
  • Oversee debtors collection processes, making certain that outstanding debts do not exceed 60 days.
  • Produce accurate sales reports and establish action plans to address customer issues or loss of sales opportunities.
  • Actively participate in tender calls from corporate companies, maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts for future business opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication between branches and head office, organising corporate sales activities and events with internal and external stakeholders.
