What you'll do:

As a Sales and Specification Executive based in Penang, you will be instrumental in driving brand awareness among key stakeholders such as architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and carpenters throughout Malaysia. Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around building meaningful relationships with both new prospects and existing clients while delivering engaging product presentations that highlight the benefits of high-quality surfaces. You will collaborate extensively with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery from specification through completion. By tracking progress meticulously and relaying market intelligence back to management, you will help shape future strategies while enjoying the variety that comes from travelling across Malaysia for client meetings.   • Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure the organisation’s products are specified in their projects and contribute towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities by establishing relationships with potential clients to expand market share within Malaysia’s architectural and design community.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong connections with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, foster repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Conduct impactful product presentations for architects, designers, developers, and stakeholders to showcase the advantages and unique features of the product range.
  • Partner with main contractors and carpenters to promote products as preferred materials for immediate sales opportunities within various project lifecycles.
  • Track specification progress and success rates while managing follow-up activities to convert specifications into confirmed sales.
