What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager (EMS), you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our client's business. Your role will involve developing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. You will also conduct market research, prepare compelling sales presentations, collaborate with internal teams, and provide regular updates to management. This role offers a unique blend of strategic planning, business development, and customer relations.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EMS/COEM/OEM sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the EMS industry
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients

  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management

What you bring:

The ideal Sales Manager (EMS) will bring a wealth of experience in sales, preferably within the EMS industry. You should have a strong understanding of electronic manufacturing services and market dynamics. Your excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients. Your ability to work both independently and as part of a team will be crucial in this role.   • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the EMS industry
  • Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing services and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
