An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to join a leading organisation within the automotive industry.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing the daily operations of the sales department. You will set and oversee KPIs for both new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring accuracy in monthly delivery forecasting. Your role will also involve managing showroom roster, monitoring showroom traffic, maximising potential sales opportunities, and developing effective strategies for expediting sale and delivery of aging inventory. You will also oversee payment and loan approval processes while providing guidance to Sales Consultants.

  • Set and oversee sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Ensure accuracy in Monthly Delivery Forecasting of new and pre-owned cars
  • Manage Showroom Roster to maintain adequate Sales and Reception staff availability
  • Monitor Showroom traffic and enquiries, maximizing all potential sales opportunities
  • Consistently ensure the thorough use of the sales CRM system to manage every aspect of customer / lead interaction and data
  • Develop effective strategies to expedite the sale and delivery of aging new and pre-owned dealership assigned car inventory
  • Oversee the payment and loan approval process for each customer
  • Provide guidance to Sales Consultants in line with company’s strategies

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager role should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. You should bring along at least 5 years of relevant sales operations experience, preferably within the automotive industry. Experience in managing a team would be an added advantage. Fluency in written and spoken English as well as other local languages is required. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential for this role.
