Our client is seeking a Group Key Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies for well-known brands in the skin and body care industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the pharmacy channel strategy development & implementation to achieve profitable business growth.

What you'll do:

As a Group Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's well-established brands. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the pharmacy channel strategy, working closely with various internal departments to achieve shared objectives. Your role will involve maintaining strategic relationships with key customers, negotiating sales, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will also serve as a vital link between clients and various company departments. Monitoring business performance against the company's strategy will be a key part of your role, along with preparing sales forecasts and budgets.

  • Work closely with internal departments to achieve mutually agreed objectives
  • Implement sales Strategy & sales Plan
  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with customers
  • Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organisation
  • Provide ongoing support to high value clients and ensure high quality customer service being delivered
  • Identify customer needs and opportunities by analysing sales gap & develop strategy to minimize or close gap
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and company departments
  • Monitor business to adhere the company's business strategy
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Group Key Account Manager position brings a wealth of experience in key account management within the FMCG sector. With at least eight years of relevant experience under your belt, you have honed your analytical skills and developed a strong business acumen. Your excellent negotiation skills and customer-oriented approach set you apart, and you have a proven track record in a managerial role. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, as is fluency in English, both spoken and written.

  • Bachelor degree or higher in business development or other related fields
  • At least 8 years experience in key account management in FMCG
  • At least 4 years experience in managerial role
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Excellent negotiation skills and customer-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good command in English both spoken and written
