An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join a global leader in integrated perimeter security systems solutions.

What you'll do:

As the Sales Manager for APAC region specialising in Security Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in the company's expansion plan. Your primary focus will be on boosting sales growth and identifying new business opportunities within key regions. You will be responsible for achieving assigned business objectives, developing key end customer accounts, managing project pipelines, engaging with industry regulators and consultants, as well as developing project partners. Your ability to understand customer needs deeply will enable you to create sales opportunities that deliver both short-term and long-term value for the company.

  • Achieve assigned business objectives including financial goals, operational targets, and technical product & solution reliability
  • Identify and develop key end customer accounts in data centres, critical infrastructure, and government-driven segments
  • Manage key account-based project pipelines, driving brand recognition into target projects
  • Engage industry regulators, security consultants and specifiers to execute spec-in initiatives in target projects
  • Identify and engage regional and in-country Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Contractors (EPCs) as well as system integration partners
  • Develop project partners and distribution partners to enable solution selling and project fulfilment
  • Implement territory and account plans, partner programs and quarterly business reviews
  • Develop deep understanding of customer needs, creating sales opportunities to achieve both short-term and long-term customer value

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager position will bring a wealth of experience from the Security or Civil Engineering industry within Asia. You will have a proven track record in serving customers from critical infrastructure sectors and engaging with project/distribution partners. Your experience in dealing with security system integrator and construction general contractors or EPCs will be highly valued. Your willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region demonstrates your commitment to the role.

  • Minimum five years sales experience in Security- or Civil Engineering-related industry in Asia
  • Experience in perimeter security and access control is highly desirable
  • Proven track record in serving customers from critical infrastructure sectors such as data centres, transportation/ airport/ ports, energy/ oil & gas/ utilities
  • Experience in engaging with project/distribution partners and dealing with security system integrators
  • Experience in engaging with construction general contractors or engineering and procurement contractors (EPCs)
  • Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region
