What you'll do:

As a Sales and Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving the company's new customer development goals and sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing effective sales strategies tailored to your assigned industry or customer group. Your ability to analyse projects within your scope of responsibility will be crucial in developing sales activity goals aligned with annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly targets. Your active participation in coordinating internal collaboration teams will ensure reliable support for our clients. You will also be tasked with maintaining long-term partnerships with clients while developing medium to long-term business plans.

  • Achieve new customer development goals and sales targets assigned by the company
  • Identify, develop, and execute sales strategies for the assigned industry/customer group
  • Analyze projects within scope of responsibility and develop sales activity goals based on targets
  • Participate actively in the coordination of internal collaboration teams to provide reliable support for clients
  • Maintain long-term partnerships with clients and develop medium to long-term business plans
  • Assist in streamlining business processes to improve team efficiency
  • Gather market information on industry trends, clients, competitors, etc., and provide rational recommendations for future sales strategies
  • Complete various business reports as required

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales and Account Manager position brings more than five years of experience in sales, project management, and customer service within the electronics manufacturing industry. Familiarity with PCBA production processes and knowledge of the OEM/ODM industry are essential. You should possess good market analysis skills along with strong judgement ability. A strong sense of management by objectives, excellent problem-solving skills, and fluency in English are also required.

  • More than 5 years of work experience in sales, project management, and customer service in the electronics manufacturing industry
  • Familiarity with PCBA production processes and knowledge of the OEM/ODM industry
  • Good market analysis and judgement ability
  • Strong customer service awareness
  • Ability to analyse and solve problems effectively
  • Strong sense of management by objectives
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
