About the Regional Sales Manager Role: In this business critical role you will be responsible for ensuring the branch/organisation operates in a proper manner.
Manage and be responsible for the performance of sales force and staff under the organisation
Develop the market and business in the assigned territory
Expand sales network and products distribution in a designated area
Execute and implement national and micro-promotion activities
Control and maintain promotion fund spending on budget
Maintain qualitative and quantitative merchandising and display to enhance products exposure and visibility at trade
Feedback market intelligent and competitor’s activity to reform sales and marketing strategies
Guide, train and coach sales personnel
Communicate and direct team members to perform according to management direction and objectives
Attend to issues and problem under the job responsibility
Lead and motivate team members to deliver the desire result and quality service to customers
Manage internal and external department communication and coordination
Develop major accounts/cream outlets (VS/LTP) in the designated area
Maintain ADSO at a healthy level
Manage and maintain customer databases and sales records
Provide regular reports on sales performance
Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to counteract any threats
To succeed in this Regional Sales Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with key stakeholders, across borders and internal matrix.
Good command of written and spoken English, preferably multilingual in any local language due to the nature of the role
Disciplined, action-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently, innovative
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
