A global fashion apparel brand is seeking a District Manager (Apparel). In this job, you will oversee the stores within Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

About the District Manager (Apparel) Role:
You will responsible for the store productivity and profitability by driving sales and working closely with the Store Managers to create impact within the stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Takes ownership of the store profitability and productivity
• Drive the sales and performance of the floor staffs
• Work alongside the visual team to ensure the store visuals are according to guidelines
• Strategise key plan to achieve store targets and motivate the team
• Managed key stakeholders within the retail environment

To succeed in the District Manager (Apparel) job, you will need to have relevant experience in managing multiple stores within the retail industry.

Key Requirements:

• Five years of operations experience in retail industry
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with experience in managing a large team
• Experience with preparation of reports via Microsoft Excel and Word
• Results-oriented and highly motivated to succeed in a highly competitive environment
