A multinational company is recruiting for an Aftermarket Sales Representative (Water) job to join the team in Malaysia to cover the Indonesian market.
About the Aftermarket Sales Representative (Water) Role: Reporting to the Sales Director, you will support the business in ensuring incremental revenue growth through strong visibility to available industrial and municipality market opportunities, and ensuring sales funnels are strongly maintained and strategically managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating and pursue leads from various sources and convert them into offer to order to sales in timebound manner by engaging customers through digital modes (telephone/emails)
Engaging technical and procurement functions for sales of consumables, reagents, spares and smaller equipment orders
Convincing customers on product features and comparison with competition
On time offer preparation for different types of opportunities – Govt/Muni, Industrial, services, etc.
Replying queries to customers on offers and other details related to the company's products
Ensuring order collection and booking in the system through DRF process
Ensuring order shipment to customer by working together with the Finance and Supply Chain teams
Implement tele calling initiative to generate leads for spares/ reagents business in your respective market
Leveraging CRM for data collection and putting together basic data tables and analysis of customers for creating strategies for growing sales
Implementing daily analysis and driving daily management/visual management rhythms for booking - shipping receivables
To succeed in this Aftermarket Sales Representative (Water) role, you must have prior experience in sales within the water industry.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or technical/business field
Minimum of five years in sales experience preferably in instrumentation industry or water treatment related business
Strong communication, planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Fluency in written and spoken English, proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an added advantage
