A Sales Manager (Semiconductor) job has become available at a market leader in semiconductor solutions in Malaysia.
About the Sales Manager (Semiconductor) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for the territory/regional sales revenue, profitability, and market development, to foster and build the business pipeline for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage business development operations and activities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and build relationships with new and potential clients
- Follow the company’s short-term and long-term strategy by managing customer targets, commitments, and expectations
- Conduct market research and information exchanges with the regional business team and internal stakeholders
- Participate in regional trade shows to get potential customers leads and market insights
- Understand product offerings and client needs to offer the best solutions and the highest level of support
- Manage and maintain the quality of opportunities within the CRM system
The successful Sales Manager (Semiconductor) must have prior sales experience preferably selling into the semiconductor industry.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of experience in sales in the semiconductor industry or relevant field
- Willing to travel and able to work outstation as and when required
