Senior Sales Executive

About the Senior Sales Executive Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, you must be able to work independently and proactively such that company revenue and margin goals are achieved. This is accomplished by ensuring satisfaction of current customer base, multi-product growth within current customer base, customer base expansion (prospecting).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and develop new and potential customers
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of prospective OEM customers within the region and internationally
• Become an expert in the customers’ industry and act as the main point of contact for any client related inquiries
• Provide effective cost-saving solutions (PPV) to customers based on accurate market insights
• Assist customers to remove excess stock proactively and solve supply chain issues

To succeed in this Senior Sales Executive role, you will require to take an entrepreneurial approach to your work, believing that every impact can make a difference.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant background
• Preferably with at least five years of relevant sales experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry
• Self-motivated, result-driven, aggressive, proactive, and eager to learn
• Track record in achieving sales targets and profit growth
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of both written and verbal English
• Proficiency in one of the languages including Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese is an added advantage due to the nature of the role
