Our client, a world-renowned manufacturer of luxury watches and jewellery, is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Boutique Manager to join their team. What you'll do:
As the Boutique Manager, your primary role will be leading the daily operations of our client's luxury watch boutique. You'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Your leadership skills will be crucial in coaching and mentoring your team, ensuring they perform at their best. You'll also work closely with the regional team on marketing initiatives, while keeping an eye on sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the overall management and operations of the boutique, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets
- Coach and mentor the boutique team to enhance their skills and performance
- Ensure the boutique maintains high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation
- Collaborate with the regional team to execute marketing and promotional activities
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

- Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets
- Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual display
