Aftermarket Sales Manager, SEA & Taiwan (API Pumps)
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Aftermarket Sales Manager for the SEA & Taiwan region. This role is an exciting opportunity to spearhead aftermarket sales activities in the region, with performance directly linked to achieving agreed sales plans.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of strategies and tactics in support of aftermarket spares and services sales. This includes direct sales channels and channel partners. The position offers extensive involvement in all critical tasks related to the sales process.

What you'll do:
As an Aftermarket Sales Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our client's operations in the SEA & Taiwan region. You will manage representatives in your territory, developing forecasts and business plans while following up on open opportunities. Your excellent interpersonal skills will be put to use as you travel to select customers and prospects to build strong relationships with key contacts. You will prepare and present technical sales presentations that promote our client's product offerings and ensure they meet customer requirements. Your ability to solve practical problems will be crucial as you investigate and coordinate resolutions for customer issues related to product, delivery or service.
- Manage representatives in the territory including forecast, business plans, and follow up on open opportunities
- Travel to select customers and prospects to develop personal relationships with key contacts
- Prepare and present technical sales presentations to customer decision makers
- Submit weekly reports conveying noteworthy information collected during the week involving markets, customers, competitors, Reps, or any other industry information
- Investigate and coordinate the resolution of customer problems related to product, delivery, or service
- Execute sales and appropriate action plans to meet the bookings goals of the market

- Strong Technical Sales background with a hunter mindset, ideally with prior experience selling aftermarket services and spare parts
- Experience in the API Pump Industry with strong network in O&G & Power industry
- Ability to review customer supplied specifications and apply them to equipment offering
- Proficient knowledge of API Centrifugal Pumps and their applications in Oil & Gas, Power, and Water Industries
- Experience in basic instrumentation and electrical design
- Highly effective communications and influencing skills
