An exciting Sales Manager (Inverter) job has become available at a global integrated engineering power transmission solutions firm.
Our client is on the hunt for a seasoned Sales Manager with expertise in Inverter Products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and market expansion within the Industrial Power Solutions and Electrical Equipment industry. With at least 5 years of experience under your belt, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and fostering new business opportunities. You'll also work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a dynamic work environment focused on innovation and sustainability.
What you'll do:
As a Sales Manager for Inverter Products, your primary role will be to drive sales growth within the Industrial Power Solutions sector. You will be responsible for developing innovative sales strategies that not only increase market share but also foster new business opportunities. Your ability to manage key accounts while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance on inverter products to ensure customers fully understand the benefits of our solutions. Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities will also fall under your purview as you refine our sales strategies. Collaborating with internal teams such as engineering, marketing, and after-sales support will be essential to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Sales Manager (Inverter Products) role brings a wealth of experience and a strong track record in sales within the power electronics or related industries. With a minimum of 5 years' experience, you have a deep understanding of inverter technologies, applications, and market trends. Your proven ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and build long-term customer relationships will be key to your success in this role. You are adept at communicating technical product details effectively to clients and partners. Your excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills set you apart from others. You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to meet deadlines and exceed sales targets. A willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities is also required.
