A leading premium automotive brand known for its commitment to excellence and luxury is searching for a dedicated candidate for an Aftersales Manager (Johor) job for the team in Johor Bahru.

About the Aftersales Manager (Johor) Role:
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest levels of service and support to customers. You will be responsible for overseeing the overall service operations and parts revenue performance while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure good levels of throughput and efficiency to meet Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals
• Monitor and manage work-in-progress to keep it within controlled limits
• Uphold a high level of customer satisfaction in alignment with KPI objectives
• Ensure cash, warranty, and insurance debtors are kept within targets
• Ensure proper execution of workshop reporting duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Provide guidance and training to Customer Service Advisors as per the SOP and principal requirements
• Coach and train Team Leaders to ensure a consistently high work standard
• Uphold a strong level of discipline within the workshop environment
• Address escalated customer issues directly to find effective solutions
• Retain oversight and a comprehensive understanding of the repair progress of vehicles within the workshop
• Ensure compliance with environmental and health standards for both the workshop and staff
• Guide Team Leaders to adhere to SOP for managing and maintaining special tools and equipment

To succeed in this Aftersales Manager (Johor) role, prior experience in leading a service team is preferred, but not limited to, premium/continental automotive brands. The ideal candidate is from Johor.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related
• At least three years experience as a Service Manager within the automotive industry, preferably with a premium/continental brand
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of automotive technologies and service best practices
• Customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Budget management and financial acumen
• Ability to problem solve
• Strong negotiation skills
