About the Senior Sales Executive (Professional Services) Role: In this business critical role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with corporate clients, meeting sales targets, and ensuring the satisfaction of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients
Understand clients' business objectives and requirements
Serve as the main point of contact between the company and clients
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements
Propose customised solutions that align with client goals
Collaborate with the product or service development teams to tailor offerings to client needs
Negotiate and finalise contracts with clients, ensuring favourable terms for both parties
Ensure all contractual obligations are met by the company
To succeed in the Senior Sales Executive (Professional Services) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record in corporate sales and client servicing
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Knowledge of the industry and market trends
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
