An exciting Distributor Sales Manager - South job has become available at a global integrated automotive lubricant firm.
About the Distributor Sales Manager - South Role: In this business critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the lubricant sales team to ensure that all activities and plans are executed and implemented. You will also ensure that all sales targets are being achieved in the assigned sales territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead and increase the growth of company lubricant business
Define the annual business plan and spearhead the sales strategy, developing and executing business growth plans to achieve budgeted sales target includes managing the product mix, pricing and margins in line with targeted budget
Take charge of technical support by providing technical support and product training to the commercial team including customers, distributors and staff
Manage the team by guiding, training and motivate the sales team to achieve given target
Monitor and provide timely feedback/reports to senior management on market development, competitor information and activities
The successful Distributor Sales Manager - South has key experience within the lubricant industry as well as the connection with the relevant segments.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s or professional degree in a related discipline or equivalent with a minimum of three years' experience in related fields
Highly-motivated, autonomous, excellent team player and innovative
Hands-on, detail/results-oriented, excellent problem solving and good organisational/planning skills having experience in handling dealer business
Ability to work with employees at all levels
