An exciting Senior Sales Director (Shared Service, APAC) region job has just become available at one of the leading providers of spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the business in its next phase of growth.
About the Senior Sales Director (Shared Service, APAC) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for growing the organisation's market share in APAC through increasing conversion of sales leads and drive sales growth across multiple brands. You will also take the lead in coaching and guiding a team of sales managers and account managers, whilst driving exceptional performance at a local level driving key KPIs and metrics effectively.
- Drive APAC leadership stance on the development and execution of the global initiatives and work closely with global to ensure sales tools are up to date and relevant to the local market
- Increase conversion of enquiries by selling entire product range and also winning new large corporate business
- Ensure customer experience KPI’s (abandon rates, contact rates, speed-to-lead, hold times, etc.) are driven to world class levels
- Interact with regional stakeholders to identify enquiry generation/conversion opportunities (e.g. commercial/web-brokers)
- growing revenue through various business channels – i.e. commercial real estate brokers
To succeed in this Senior Sales Director (Shared Service, APAC) job, you will need to have tangible track record of driving the top line sales growth, improving results month by month. You must also have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior management teams, across boarders and internal mix.
- Senior B2B solution/service sales and business development background – advantageous to have contact centre sales experience in career journey
- Proven ability to develop, manage, track performance to close sales and pipeline opportunities through accurate and timely reports
- Experience of motivating and driving sales teams, ensuring they have the right resources, are coached well and are motivated to win
- Strong grasp of CRM, Telephony system, Excel, Microsoft 365, and Powerpoint
- Experience managing multiple cultures with varied experience levels and skill sets, and campaign management experience across multiple languages and countries
