About the Sales Executive (chemical / food and health industry) Role:
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the integrated sales strategy towards achieving sales objectives, profit margin, and market share within the chemical cum food and health industry. This role will be selling raw chemical materials to food manufacturers.
- To be responsible for selling to chemical cum food and health industries
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence
- Owning recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Assisting the Sales Manager to execute the sales plan and always ensure coordination of feedback and results
- Travel outstation regularly for customer visits
- Preparing and submit principle market survey reports on time
To succeed in the Sales Executive (chemical / food and health industry) job, you will need to have at least two years' experience in selling raw materials to chemical and food manufacturers.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Science, or related subjects
- Minimum two years' experience in the chemical or related industry
- Demonstrated experience and ability to develop mid-long term strategies, and able to translate those strategies to tactical and operational deliverable
- Excellent sales acumen in the chemical industry
- Customer focused with solid interpersonal skills and good networking ability to build relationship with both suppliers and customers
- Strong communicator in both written and spoken English, fluent in local language with good understanding and appreciation of local cultures
- Strong technical candidates within the chemical industry with no sales experience will be considered as well
