An exciting B2B Manager (Retail Chain) job has just become available at one of the most respected global retail firms based in Malaysia. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a role for a sales person who is a leader in their field.
About the B2B Manager (Retail Chain) Role: In this business critical role, you will lead and oversee all aspects of partnership development and management for the company. This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with business partners to achieve sales and revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and establish partnerships with organisations that align with the company's objectives and target market
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner organisations
Collaborate with partners to develop joint sales strategies
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through partner channels
Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to maximise partner-driven revenue
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets
Provide partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively sell the company's products or services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partners have the tools and knowledge needed for successful sales
Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favourable terms for both parties
Ensure all contractual obligations, including revenue-sharing agreements, are met
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
Provide market insights and recommendations to shape partnership strategies
Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, contracts, and sales activities
Prepare regular reports on partnership performance and revenue generated
To succeed in the B2B Manager (Retail Chain) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in B2B sales, partnership management, or corporate sales
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Knowledge of the industry and market trends
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
