Success in this role requires you to foster strong inter-personal connections across departments, translate data-driven insights into actionable plans, and maintain a keen focus on achieving both sales targets and budgetary objectives. Your ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships within a matrix organisation will be essential as you help deliver growth through communal effort.

  • Contribute actively to innovation target setting by defining innovation pipelines for assigned categories and supporting business case development.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of shopper and trade strategies for assigned categories to achieve company sales objectives and market share targets.
  • Manage strategic plans for assigned categories covering assortment, pricing, in-store visibility for home shelf and secondary displays, activation, and promotion activities at the point of sale.
  • Conduct regular category reviews to identify product or category issues and opportunities by channel; provide recommendations to maximise potential gaps and close them effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to build impactful sales promotions and product communication strategies that enhance brand value at every touchpoint.
  • Support local customer development teams in executing activities that achieve sales targets while ensuring product benefits and brand values are clearly communicated.
