What you'll do:
As Senior Operations Manager, you will take charge of overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets throughout Kuala Lumpur. Your focus will be on ensuring that every store operates smoothly each day while upholding rigorous standards for service quality, cleanliness, and staff training. You will work closely with store managers to provide guidance on implementing best practices and fostering a supportive team environment. By conducting regular site visits and analysing key performance indicators such as sales figures or customer satisfaction scores, you will identify opportunities for improvement that align with the company’s ambitious expansion plans. - Implement, monitor, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all stores to guarantee consistency in product quality, service delivery, and hygiene.
- Lead, mentor, and support store managers and their teams by providing ongoing training programmes focused on customer service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess store performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that cleanliness protocols are strictly followed at all times.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop strategies for successful store expansion while maintaining operational integrity during periods of rapid growth.
- Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify trends, address challenges proactively, and implement effective solutions that enhance overall performance.
