- Implement and continuously optimise visual merchandising guidelines to guarantee consistency, maximum visibility, and a premium brand expression across all retail touchpoints.
- Develop innovative in-store display solutions informed by shopper flow analysis, shelf layout considerations, and category dynamics to maximise conversion rates.
- Manage all display materials, experience tables, and visual assets to uphold a clean, modern, technology-driven brand presence within each store environment.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with store managers, visual merchandising teams, and channel supervisors to foster operational excellence and secure prime display positions for promotional activities.
